It's hard to picture yourself not enjoying a holiday isn't it? The last thing you expect to find is a hotel that's half-built or not even close to the suggested star rating. Or perhaps an all-inclusive resort that serves food poisoning with every meal?

At just £9.99 for single trip policies (£14.99 for annual) the Travel Dispute section of this upgrade provides up to £25,000 worth of legal fees from a specialist team of travel solicitors. They're ready to take on any genuine grievance/breach of contract over £150 (£1,000 for illnesses). The extension can be purchased with your next travel insurance policy or added to your existing Staysure cover*. Plus, if you upgrade during February we'll waive our admin fee!

But that's not all. The second component of our unique package is End Supplier Failure. Rather than restrict this cover to just airlines dropping into administration we've included hotels, villas, rail operators, coach operators, car hire firms, campsites, safaris, excursion providers and theme parks! So if any of these withdraw their services on account of financial failure you won't be left empty handed.

Finally, what with airport taxes and flight surcharges increasing ever higher we've doubled the Missed Departure benefits to £1,000 Europe / £2,000 Worldwide per person.
