All claims relating to Staysure policies issued prior to 10 December 2006 are handled by Europ Assistance Holdings Ltd, one of Europe’s largest travel insurance underwriters. We recommend you consult your Policy Wording before making any claim.

Amendments / Upgrades

At Staysure.co.uk we recognise that your personal circumstances may alter after the purchase of your insurance. If you have an Annual Multi-Trip Policy we ask that you notify us of any change of address or contact details in order to fulfil our requirement to invite renewal not less than 21 days prior to expiry.
