Information for Staysure customers travelling with All Leisure Holidays

Following the closure of cruise operator All Leisure Holidays on 4th January, Staysure has provided the following information for affected customers.

Customers who booked with All Leisure Holidays should contact ATOL. The company was ATOL protected and a refund should provided in the event of a cancelled holiday caused by its collapse. To make a claim, either call: 0207 453 6700 or email:

Already on holiday

Flight arrangements

If you are already on holiday and you are in possession of your flight tickets, they should be paid for and remain valid. Passengers are advised to check with the airline.

Cruise and accommodation

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is working with to accommodation providers to ensure that no changes for consumers currently overseas occur to the accommodation and cruise portions of their trip.

Customers may be asked to pay for their accommodation or other local services again. If this happens they should keep any receipts showing the method of payment as these will be required by ATOL when submitting a claim.
