Customer Contact Centre
Our customers are at the heart of our business and everyone performing a role within the Contact Centre plays a vital part in our success. The Contact Centre comprises of Travel Insurance, Car, Home, Holiday Home, Customer Services, Talk to TIM and uGuest.
The Marketing Department makes the phones ring. It is responsible for developing targeted marketing campaigns to promote Staysure’s products and services that generate calls for the Contact Centre and drive traffic to the website. They are also responsible for protecting and maintaining the Staysure brand, while raising the company’s profile globally.
Finance looks after the financial and accounting affairs of the business, including the preparation and presentation of financial statements.
Risk and Compliance
Risk & Compliance works with the business to identify, analyse and manage risks which might impact on Staysure achieving its business objectives. Risk Management focuses on ensuring that we have identified and managed all of our risks to an appropriate degree; Compliance focuses on breaches, complaints, financial promotions, call monitoring and ensuring that the business is fully up to date on new and current regulations.
Technology and Change
Our IT team is based in our UK offices and we work very closely with a software development company based in Sri Lanka. Staysure is heavily reliant on technology to ensure that our online customer website is well integrated with our administration systems, and that both sales agents and back office staff have the systems required to perform their varied roles.
HR and People Engagement
The HR function delivers a strong and effective partnership between Staysure and its workforce. It is responsible for developing and implementing robust plans to ensure the organisation is recruiting, retaining and developing the highest calibre of people.
