The Marketing Department makes the phones ring. It is responsible for developing targeted marketing campaigns to promote Staysure’s products and services that generate calls for the Contact Centre and drive traffic to the website. They are also responsible for protecting and maintaining the Staysure brand, while raising the company’s profile globally. They adopt a mix of marketing channels to deliver our message: TV advertising, national press, radio, direct mail, online, social media, email and so on. The campaigns are monitored closely and refined on a constant basis to ensure the marketing budget is spent effectively and achieves a return on investment. The marketing strategy is designed to engage with our customers, so that they know who we are, what we stand for, and what products we specialise in.
