Staysure is an employee focused business, and are looking for an experienced Head of HR to join them during an exciting period of growth, to inspire and lead a small team to drive through the people plan, with people at the heart of the agenda.
The Head of HR will be responsible for driving and facilitating the people-focused strategies across the business, and will lead employee relations and engagement, providing thought, insight and leadership, and promoting the company values throughout. They will lead and develop HR policy and practice, and continually develop the effectiveness of HR programmes, while also providing hands-on support with operational and high level HR issues, and coaching and supporting leaders in people management and development. They will also maintain a robust reward and recognition strategy, and ensure that employee satisfaction is always high on the agenda.
Staysure is looking for a qualified HR professional who has experience at both a strategic and operational level, who has provided a multi-site HR service, and has experience in a regulatory environment.
Broad experience across the entire people agenda is essential, with demonstrable experience of driving through change. The successful candidate will need a strong knowledge of HR and Employment Law issues.
You will need to be able to build positive stakeholder relationships at all levels, with strong negotiating and influencing skills, and the ability to working changing environment. You will need to be results-driven, solutions-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced changing environment with competing priorities.
The role will be based in Northampton, although there will be some travel to other sites, therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.
