We have two fantastic opportunities for Marketing Executives to join our expanding team at an exciting time.
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the development of our Partnership Programme which will primarily involve delivering marketing and campaign activity with partner organisations. This role will also provide support on planning, call forecasts, campaign reporting and analysis across a range of partners, products and brands.
We are also looking for a Marketing Executive to focus on E-Mail campaigns to drive activity in our Insurance section. This will include creating emails using HTML and Photoshop to support all of our Insurance products, and will involve working with and analysing associated data.
Both roles will support planning and updating marketing plans, budgets and forecasts, and reporting on outcomes. They will also be involved in working with partners and agencies, and delivering marketing campaign activity, providing creative briefs, and ensuring artwork adheres to company brand guidelines, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF), compliance and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines.
We are looking for proactive individuals with marketing experience and strong creative judgement, who have the ability to prioritise their own workload, manage activity to meet tight deadlines, and have the ability to work independently and on their own initiative.
Experience of providing reporting and analysing data is required for both roles, along with excellent attention to detail. You will also need to have excellent communications skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with partners and agencies, and be a strong team player who will share information, contribute to discussion and bring ideas.
For the Marketing Executive in Partnerships, experience of working in partnerships would be an advantage. For the E-Mail Marketing Executive, you will need strong HTML, Photoshop and illustrator skills. Sales force training, and experience in Fastats and Return Path would also be desirable. A business degree with a marketing or CIM Marketing qualification would be beneficial, and is required for the Partnerships role.
