Promotions

General conditions 

• These Promotion general terms and conditions apply to each and every Promotion.
• In addition, all the following promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
• Staysure reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of its Promotions (and any Standard Staysure.co.uk Ltd. Terms and Conditions) at its discretion.

Home Insurance

1. The promotion runs from 9th November 2009 to 31st January 2010 ("the Promotional Period").
2. You will be eligible for a free Staysure Single Trip Basic Policy. (Policy is for 1 person for a total of 8 days in Europe)
3. You qualify for a free Travel Policy on purchasing a Home Insurance Policy.
4. The Travel Policy does not include any optional extras or Pre Existing Medical Conditions; these can be purchased along with the Travel Policy.
5. This Travel Policy is only valid after the 14 day cancellation period and must be booked within 2 months of taking out the Home Insurance Policy.
6. No cash or credit alternatives will be offered.
7. Staysure.co.uk Limited reserves the right, where it considers there to have been any breach of these Terms and Conditions, any fraud or any abuse of the service, to refuse any application.
8. The Promoter reserves the right, where it considers there to have been any breach of these Terms and Conditions, any fraud or any abuse of the promotion, to withdraw the promotion or prevent any individual(s) from taking advantage of the promotion.

Car Insurance

1. The promotion runs from 9th November 2009 to 31st January 2010 ("the Promotional Period").

Travel insurance

1. The promotion runs from 9th November 2009 to 31st January 2010 ("the Promotional Period").
2. You will be eligible for 10% discount on any Travel Policy purchased in the Promotional Period, either purchased online or via our Call Centre.
3. You qualify for the 10% discount on purchasing a Travel Insurance Policy – this discount is valid for the premium only and not for the charge to cover pre-existing medical conditions incurred through screening.
4. No cash or credit alternatives will be offered.
5. Staysure.co.uk Limited reserves the right, where it considers there to have been any breach of these Terms and Conditions, any fraud or any abuse of the service, to refuse any application.
6. The Promoter reserves the right, where it considers there to have been any breach of these Terms and Conditions, any fraud or any abuse of the promotion, to withdraw the promotion or prevent any individual(s) from taking advantage of the promotion.

Holiday Home Insurance

1. The promotion runs from 9th November 2009 to 31st January 2010 ("the Promotional Period").
2. You will be eligible for 5% discount on any Holiday Home Policy purchased in the Promotional Period, either purchased online or via our Call Centre.
3. You qualify for the 5% discount on taking out a Holiday Home Insurance Policy.
4. No cash or credit alternatives will be offered.
5. Staysure.co.uk Limited reserves the right, where it considers there to have been any breach of these Terms and Conditions, any fraud or any abuse of the service, to refuse any application.
6. The Promoter reserves the right, where it considers there to have been any breach of these Terms and Conditions, any fraud or any abuse of the promotion, to withdraw the promotion or prevent any individual(s) from taking advantage of the promotion.

Medical Insurance

1. The promotion runs from 9th November 2009 to 31st January 2010 ("the Promotional Period").
2. You will be eligible for £5 Marks & Spencer Voucher on any Medical Insurance Quote applied for. This is payable 2 weeks after the date of quote application.
3. You qualify for a further £95 of Marks & Spencer Vouchers once you have purchased the Medical Insurance Policy.
4. You will receive the Marks & Spencer Vouchers once we have received full payment for the policy or on receiving the second month’s payment from your bank.
5. No cash or credit alternatives will be offered.
6. Staysure.co.uk Limited reserves the right, where it considers there to have been any breach of these Terms and Conditions, any fraud or any abuse of the service, to refuse any application.

Administration fees

Travel

Cancellations of any policies within the 14 day cooling off period will be subject to a £10 administration fee. Annual multi-trip policies cancelled after 14 days will be subject to an administration fee of £25.00 and a pro-rata refund will be awarded after the fee has been deducted. Any amendments or upgrades during the policy period will be subject to a £5 administration fee.  All the fees mentioned above are administered by Staysure.co.uk Ltd. Any refunds will be processed within 28 days.

Holiday home

Cancellations of any policies within the 14 day cooling off period will be subject to a £10 administration fee. Any policies cancelled after 14 days will incur a £25 administration fee and a pro-rata refund awarded after the fee has been deducted. Any amendments or upgrades during the policy period will be subject to a £5 administration fee. All the fees mentioned in this section are administered by Staysure.co.uk Ltd. Any refunds will be processsed within 28 days.

Home and car

All new business is charged a £20 administration set up fee. Policies cancelled for any reason within the 14 day cooling off period will be charged a £10 administration fee, after 14 days, the charge is £25. Any policy amendments or upgrades during the policy period will be subject to a £5 fee. All the fees mentioned above in this section are administered by Staysure.co.uk Ltd. Any refunds will be processed in 28 days.

The underwriter reserves the right to charge a mid-term amendment fee and a cancellation fee in addition to what Staysure.co.uk Ltd charge. Charges may vary depending on the underwriter. Please refer to your policy document for full details.

Insureme4.co.uk Ltd is not responsible and has no control over the content supplied on any external website. Where a product or service is provided by a third party, your purchase contract is with the aforementioned third party, not Insureme4.co.uk Ltd.
