The site is very easy to navigate but I object to my name being shortened on the documents i.e. I am, and wrote it as such, as Mrs Norma M Smith MA, not just Norma Smith. I know, from experience, that there is another woman with the same name, in this area, so I prefer to differentiate our names by using my full title. this lady received all my loyalty points at a fashion store, so this is why i am keen to differentiate our names.
