It’s important to read through your policy documents before you set off on your trip. They explain your policy in detail – what you’re covered for, and what you’re not.
Cover can vary between policy documents, so to find the right documents you’ll need to know when you bought your policy. You can also find your policy documents by logging into your My Staysure account.
You can upgrade cover at any time, just as long as you haven’t travelled or made a claim. To upgrade your cover from Basic to Comprehensive, or to add an optional extra to your policy, simply call our Customer Service team.
