Efficient service

I have an annual travel insurance for Europe,I took out a seperate one off 2 week policy for further a field with cruise.It was easy to do on line,I got a quote,and later a representative phoned to check everything was OK,it was so I book the trip,she said she'd phone the next day for me to complete the insurance,in the mean time I noticed 20% saving which was ending,so I completed my quote and got the saving, the representative did phone as promised the next day,but I'd done it.I was very pleased with service,my policy came through straight away ,and I requested a paper copy which should arrive in 7 days
