Had reservations for renewal due to approximate 90% increase from last year £129 to £236 which was eventually reduced to £192 .Was not going to renew but after more thought, being with yourselves for 3 years, professional/considerate manner of staff, your ratings and far more competitive price phoned back and able to renew well done to staff, felt loyalty can be appreciated.

Update regarding my Staysure review.

Update regarding my Staysure review. I was very surprised today. I had given up my arguments with Staysure and decided to go ahead with the payment they were requesting. I went through the process for having my policy updated as requested. I then expected to have to pay out the extra £200 plus when the lady told me there would be no £15 charge for having the change made AND told me that there would be no extra payment. I did not win my case so I can only think this was done as I felt so let down by the company. This gesture on the part of Staysure has restored our faith in this company. Thank you Staysure.
