What does common law partner mean for car insurance?

01:24PM 25/07/2012

Common law partner

When it comes to car insurance, a common law partner means any two adults that are in a relationship together and have been living at the same address for 6 month or more. The ruling of common law partner does not discriminate against same-sex relationships, yet does differ from a civil partnership.
