Staysure has been highly commended in the celebrated Moneywise Customer Service Awards and the Insurance Marketing and PR Awards 2016.

Staysure was one of six businesses shortlisted in the ‘Most Trusted Travel Insurance Provider’ category and was highly commended for its score of 4.66.
The 8th annual Moneywise Customer Service Awards were voted for by consumers who nominated Britain’s financial service providers based on their customer service experience and value for money.
The score represents an average score out of 5 as rated by 24,000 people taking part in a survey between January and March. Staysure finished a very close second in its category, finishing just behind the winning score of 4.67.

The business was also highly commended for its ‘Sure You Can!’ campaign in the ‘Niche Marketing Campaign of the Year’ category in the Insurance and Marketing PR Awards.
The Sure You Can! Campaign challenged stereotypes and changed the perceptions of over 50s in the media with a range of marketing activity including new TV adverts and a social media campaign.
The campaign has been fully embraced throughout Staysure, becoming a mantra for customer services and sales teams to work from while shaping product developments such as the removal of upper age limits on Single Trip policies.
Staysure’s success in these awards is testament to the company’s continuing commitment to putting its customers at the centre of its business practices and insurance products.
