Staysure has been shortlisted in the Personal Lines Insurance – Broker of the Year category after making a compelling submission that outlined the phenomenal improvements in our Trustpilot TrustScores in the last 12 months, coupled with customer-focused initiatives such as our new 5 star Defaqto rated Comprehensive Travel Insurance product and our auto-renewal service.
Now in their 23rd year, the UK Broker Awards are the leading platform for national recognition within the insurance broker market. Every award is judged by a panel of judges, which includes a diverse group of highly accomplished individuals from across the broking community. The judges were looking for a broker in the personal lines arena that has managed to excel despite the on-going tough economic environment. In particular they were looking for the following:
- Outstanding levels of customer service
- High staff engagement
- Companies who have responded to the demands of consumers with a product/scheme/offering tailored to their needs
The winners will be announced at a luncheon awards ceremony which will take place at The Brewery, London on 16 September 2016.

UK Customer Experience Awards 2016
The second award Staysure has been shortlisted for is UK Customer Experience Awards 2016 – Insurance Services. Now in its 7th year, The UK Customer Experience Awards has become one of the most important events in the calendar for Customer Experience professionals across the UK. The awards are attended by representatives from over 150 of the UK’s leading businesses across multiple sectors and disciplines, with previous winners reflecting organisations of all sizes from across a broad spectrum of industries. Winners from the 2015 Awards included: Eurotunnel Le Shuttle, AXA PPP Healthcare, Waitrose, Rackspace, NowTV and The Body Coach.
The Awards are judged by panels of independent business men and women. The scoring methodology and criteria, endorsed by Cranfield School of Management, are available for all to see, and feature Judges’ feedback reports for all entrants. In particular, the judges were looking for businesses to demonstrate an innovative and creative solution based on customer insights to deliver an outstanding customer experience. The nomination is a fantastic recognition of Staysure’s efforts to put our customers at the core of everything we do.
The winners will be announced at a luncheon awards ceremony which will take place at Park Plaza Hotel, Westminster, London on 23 September 2016.
