  13. On the Beach Voucher Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

    1. Entrants must be (a) a resident of the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man and, (b) over 18 years of age at the time of entry.

    2. To enter the prize draw, you must buy or renew a travel insurance policy from Staysure Travel Insurance by the 31st July 2024. Customers are automatically entered into the prize draw upon confirmation of a Staysure Travel Insurance policy purchase.

    3. Any customer who does not wish to be entered in the promotion may request removal by sending an email to [email protected] giving their Name, address and policy reference number.

    4. One entry is allowed per person per policy sold. Entries submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

    5. Entries received which are not submitted via the official entry method will not be accepted. Use of script, macro or any automated system to enter the Promotion is prohibited and entries made (or which appear to have been made) using any such system may be treated as void. Any illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be rejected. Participants should be aware that they may be subject to data charges depending on their own individual arrangements for Internet access if they enter the Promotion online by any device.

    6. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

    7. Travel Insurance policies subsequently cancelled by either the customer or Staysure before the date that the winner is selected will be removed from the prize draw.

    8. By entering the prize draw, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

    9. Only one prize is associated with the prize draw. The winner will receive a £2000 voucher to be redeemed on any booking with On The Beach. Bookings must be made by 30th September 2024, for travel before the end of 2025. The voucher is redeemable against packages of flights + hotel, not solely hotel or flights. This prize is non-refundable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative offered.

    10. The winner’s details will be shared with On The Beach and On The Beach will send the winner the prize voucher and redemption details directly.

    11. Staysure reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, Staysure reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without prior notice.

    12. The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Promotion: employees and agents of the Promoter, Staysure or other Staysure Group companies; employees and agents of any organisation directly connected with the operation or fulfilment of the Promotion (including third party promotional partners) and their respective associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies; the immediate families and household members of all such employees and individuals under 18 years of age.

    13. The prize draw is open to entries from 12:00 1st July 2024 until 23:59 31st July 2024.

    14. The winner will be selected from all valid entries received during the promotional period by using a computer process that produces verifiably random results.

    15. The winner will drawn and notified by email by the 15th August 2024 and will be asked to provide their full name and address. If a winner fails to respond within five working days of this notification, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If any winner declines a prize or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.

    16. The prize details for the winner will be supplied via the contact details supplied within five (5) working days of notification and the winner will be required to acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the details.

    17. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.

    18. If a winner fails to respond to a communication from Staysure, fails to provide contact details for delivery of the prize, or is unable to meet the eligibility requirements for the prize, this may result in the prize won being forfeited.

    19. If a prize is forfeited, Staysure reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random, unless otherwise stated.

    20. The winner(s) agree to the publishing of their name and/or any images and media recorded for the purpose of publicity. The winner(s) agree to give permission to Staysure to use entries in marketing materials.

    21. Staysure reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Staysure may also create rules which apply to a specific prize draw only. If we do this, we will publish the amended prize draw rules and/or specific rules on the relevant promotional material or webpage.

    22. Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other entrants (including tampering with the operation of the Promotion, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or the Promoter and/or any of its agents or representatives) may be rejected from the Promotion at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Furthermore, where such actions have significantly impaired the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, add further stages to the Promotion as it deems reasonably necessary in order to resolve any problems arising from such actions.

    23. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions.

    24. The name and county of residence of the winner will be made available on request to anyone sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Staysure at the address set out below within 10 weeks of the closing date of the promotion. Spreading the cost of annual policies

Available on Annual Multi-trip policies to the value of £80 and over. Howserv Ltd use Premium Credit Ltd ((PLC) an external credit provider) to provide finance. Howserv is a credit broker not a lender and receive a commission for introducing customers to PCL.

On acceptance, a credit agreement will be set up. Representative example based on a £200 policy (net of the paid deposit of £18.23). An Annual Percentage Rate of 19.9% will be charged with a fixed interest rate of 10.2%. Amount of interest over 11 months = £18.54. Monthly repayments of £18.21. Total amount payable £218.54. Correct at time of publishing.
