Staysure refer a friend

We love that you’re your own biggest fan, but referrals need a friend. You can only refer other people through our rewards programme. But if you want to buy your first Staysure policy, we can give you a pro tip on how you can cash in on our rewards – get a friend to refer you, so you can get 20% off*. 

If you’ve referred lots of friends and are wondering how you’ll know if one of them takes you up on your offer, we’ve got you covered. If your friend buys a Staysure policy using your referral link, we’ll send you an email to let you know who signed up and when you can expect your reward. 

Congrats on successfully referring your friend! Your £10 Love2shop gift card will be sent to your inbox 60 days after your friend buys their first policy, but only if they don’t cancel their cover within that time frame. 

If you haven’t gotten your reward after 60 days, please double-check if you qualify for our rewards programme by reading our terms and conditions. Once you’ve read them and still think you should’ve gotten a voucher, please email us at [email protected]. 

You can refer as many friends as you want, but there are some limits on how many gift cards you can earn.  

As the referrer, you can earn: 

• Up to 10 gift cards within 24 hours. 

• Gift cards with a combined reward value of up to £1,000 over 12 months, or 75 gift cards in 12 months’ time – whichever comes first. 

Your £10 Love2shop gift card will expire three months after you’ve received it. So don’t leave your shopping to the last minute. You can cash in your gift card at any of Love2Shop’s 50 partner brands.

Simply click on the link they sent you and enter your email address so we can send you the discount code. Or add the policy you’d like to buy to your cart and select the ‘Been referred by a friend?’ option at checkout. Enter your referrer’s registered name or email address, followed by your email address, so we can send you the discount code.

You can only get your discount by buying your policy online. If you have any questions or need help with your purchase, please reach out to our friendly team.

Get in touch with your friend first to double-check that he or she has signed up to our refer-a-friend programme. Then check that you’re using the name or email address they registered with.
