• How do I tell my friends about Staysure?

  All you need to do is register for our refer a friend programme using the form above.
  
  You’ll be sent a unique link which you can then share with your friends by email, WhatsApp or social media.

• My friend told me about the refer a friend discount. How do I get it?

  It’s really simple! If your friend sent you a refer a friend link, just click on the link and enter your email address.
  
  You’ll then be sent a discount code to use when you’re buying your policy.
  
  Or if they haven’t sent you a link, don’t worry! You can select the ‘Been referred by a friend?’ option at the checkout and enter your friend’s full name. You’ll then need to enter your email address so we can send you a discount code to use when buying your policy. If you’re buying your policy over the phone, just let us know you’ve been referred by a friend, and we’ll add the discount for you.

• I entered my friend’s name online but I didn’t get a discount code. What should I do?

  Double check that your friend has signed up for our refer a friend programme, and that you're using the name they registered with.
  
  If it’s still not giving you a discount code, try entering your friend's email address instead.

• My friend took out a policy. When will I receive my gift card?

  Your £10 Love2shop gift card will be sent to you 60 days after your friend buys their first policy with us (just as long as they don’t cancel it).
  
  If your gift card hasn't arrived after 60 days, please read our T&Cs to check that you’re eligible for the reward. If you still have questions, please email us at [email protected]

• I referred a friend but haven’t got my voucher. Where is it?

  If you find you haven’t received your reward, please make sure you are eligible for our scheme by reading the Terms & Conditions.
  
  Once you’ve read them and still believe you should have received your voucher, please email [email protected].

• How many friends can I refer?

  You can refer as many friends as you like! There are some limits on the rewards you can earn though:
  
  - A maximum of 10 referral rewards in a 24 hour period
  
  - A maximum of 75 referral rewards in a 12 month period or maximum of £1,000 of reward value in the last 12 months - whichever comes first.
