How do I declare my pre-existing medical conditions on my travel insurance?

You can declare your family’s medical conditions through our online medical screening process, which is a quick set of questions that help us understand how any conditions affect you. If you prefer, you can complete the screening over the phone as well.

To avoid forking out for medical bills when you’re away, it’s really important that you declare all pre-existing conditions on your family travel insurance. If you don’t, it could invalidate your policy if you need to make a claim.
