Eating frequently and combining protein with complex carbohydrate slows down the breakdown of carbohydrates," she explained. Justin Way, personal trainer from Pure Gym, told the website that people do not need to spend large sums of money to exercise as there are things they can do in everyday life to give themselves an energy boost and stay fit.
