A 24-hour strike is to take place in Greece today, in an attempt by labour unions to stop new cost-cutting legislations being passed by the government. Whilst the country has experienced disruptions to business and public transport, flights are currently operating as normal due to the air traffic controllers’ union calling off any participation in the strike.
