All claims for Staysure.co.uk travel insurance are handled by Mapfre Assistance. We recommend you consult your Policy Wording before making any claim. Please note: Mapfre Assistance will ask you to provide your policy number on each occasion. REQUESTING ASSISTANCE
IN AN EMERGENCY, FIRST CHECK THAT THE CIRCUMSTANCES ARE COVERED BY THIS POLICY THEN TELEPHONE EUROP ASSISTANCE HOLDINGS LTD YOUR NAME AND POLICY NUMBER.

Calls may be monitored or recorded for security purposes to ensure we maintain a quality of service at all times.

Amendments/Upgrades
At Staysure.co.uk we recognise that your personal circumstances may alter after the purchase of your insurance. If you have an Annual Multi-trip policy we ask that you notify us of any change of address or contact details in order to fulfil our requirements to invite renewal not less than 21 days prior to expiry.
