Staysure Group Limited is the data controller of the personal data we collect from participants in our Staysure Choir competition (the “Competition”).

To run the Competition, we will collect the following personal data:
- The voice and image of choir participants captured in the video footage provided to us as part of the Competition entry;
- The choir’s name, email address and telephone numbers of the individual entering their choir into the Competition; and
- The name, email address and telephone number of individual participants
We will collect all the personal data set out above from the individual making the Competition entry. If you are that individual, please show this privacy notice to the participating members of your choir.
We will use the personal data collected for the purpose of running and administrating the Competition, which is an activity in our legitimate interest to drive engagement with our brand. We will also use it to comply with and enforce as appropriate the terms and conditions of the Competition which are accepted at the point of entry.
To promote the Competition, we will publish entry videos on our website alongside information about the name of the choir and its participants. It is important that all participants are aware of this so that they can make an informed decision about whether to take part in the Competition. We may also share entry videos and the name of the choir with the press for the purpose of promotion of the Competition. If we intend to do this, we will seek the consent of all participants featured in relevant videos.
We may share your personal data within our group or with external third parties such as our suppliers in connection with the running of the Competition and we may transfer, store and process your personal data outside the UK for these purposes.
