How to redeem your Love2Shop gift card?
Ready to start shopping? Follow these simple steps to convert your Love2Shop gift card into a retailer-specific e-gift card.
Step 1: Create or access your Love2Shop account
Visit the Love2Shop website and select Activate or Manage.

New to Love2Shop? Select Register and Activate to create an account.

Already have an account? Simply log in.
Enter your details, verify your email using the one-time code sent to your inbox, and complete your profile.
Having trouble entering your address? Try typing it in manually instead of using the address lookup.
Step 2: Activate your gift card
Once you're logged in, head to the activation page and enter your gift card number and 3-digit CSV code (without spaces).
Your gift card balance will then be transferred to your online account and will be visible in your dashboard.
Step 3: Choose where you'd like to shop
Browse the available retailers and select your favourite brand.
To create a retailer-specific e-gift card:

Go to Manage My Cards.

Select Exchange for e-gift card.

Choose your retailer.

Decide how much of your available balance you'd like to add.
Your e-gift card will be sent directly to your email.
Step 4: Start shopping
Visit your chosen retailer's website, add your items to your basket and proceed to checkout.
When prompted, select the gift card or voucher payment option and enter your e-gift card code to complete your purchase.
