References to “the website”, “our”, “we” and “us” refer to TICORP Limited. By visiting the website, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
The information displayed on this website belongs to TICORP Limited and is provided for customer use only. It shall not be used by any person or entity resident within a jurisdiction where such distribution would be contrary to that jurisdiction’s applicable regulations.
The website is intended for the purpose of genuine personal insurance quotes only. It is not to be used for “mystery shopping” to obtain quotations or related information, other than for genuine insurance quotes for personal use.
The website shall not be used for marketing purposes or to transmit or send unsolicited commercial communications.
Systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining, data extraction and data harvesting) on or in relation to our website are not permitted without our express written consent.
We are not liable for any errors or omissions to be found on the website.
You may only use this website for your personal use (which will at all times be reasonable and not abusive) or for purposes legitimately connected with purchasing our products and services.
You are not allowed to access, use or copy any material or information on this website for any commercial purpose or for any purposes which are unlawful. In particular, you are not allowed to copy (whether by printing off, storing on disk or in any other way), distribute (including distributing copies), alter or tamper with in any way or use any material contained in this website, except that you may print off any individual page for your own personal use.
This website displays brands, trademarks and registered trademarks which are registered in the UK. Other product and company names mentioned on this website are proprietary to their respective owners. Your data, at the point of obtaining a quote, will be passed to Howserv Limited, and will become the property of Howserv Limited at the point your quote is complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TICORP Limited disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied by statute, custom or usage relating to the information contained in this website and we shall not be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether in contract to (including negligence), or otherwise arising from this website, or from any interruption or delay in accessing this website.
By accessing, using, browsing or booking on this site you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
This website is for the purpose of communicating prices and availability; it should therefore not be regarded as an offer.
All contracts concluded between Howserv Limited or TICORP Limited and you, the customer, are subject to our standard terms and conditions. Acceptance of an insurance policy is subject to medical screening and terms as described in policy documents. A contract is only concluded when we accept your offer by sending you confirmation of our acceptance. Our acceptance is effective when sent by us. The contractual document is contained in the acceptance from us of your offer, and our terms and conditions which are incorporated into the acceptance and excludes any other representations. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
This site is only available to people who, and parties that may, lawfully enter into and form contracts under UK law.
Access to this website is free; however, you access and use it entirely at your own risk. Except as stated in these Terms of Use, we make no representations or warranties in respect of the website, its contents or performance. All conditions and warranties that might otherwise be implied by statute or at common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not promise that this site will always be available or that its operation will be error free; nor do we accept responsibility for any adverse effects of accessing it, or downloading material from it. TICORP Limited does not accept any liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access this website, any interruption in the conduct of any action or any failure to complete a transaction. This includes adverse effects resulting from the downloading of viruses, the loss or corruption to material that is downloaded, website-browser incompatibility problems or damage to programmes and data already on your system.
The prices shown on this website are valid at the time of input; however, we reserve the right to change our prices or other details at any time. Prices may fluctuate. Our sales consultants will confirm the correct price or advise you of any amendments before you buy your policy. We reserve the right to withdraw prices without notice.
These Terms of Use may be revised from time to time. If they are revised, we will post the revised version on this website. The revisions will be effective immediately.
Please re-read these Terms of Use from time to time even if you have previously used this Site. By using this website after we have changed the Terms of Use, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes.
If, for any reason, you do not agree to abide by our Terms of Use, please do not use this website.
My Staysure
To sign up for a My Staysure account you must be a minimum of 18 years old. You will require an email address which will form your username and you will be requested to create a password in order to login securely to your account.
Policies and quotes will only be accessible to the policyholder and only the policyholder will be able to make amendments to their policies.
Amendments that maybe available to complete include:
- Date changes
- Destination changes
- Adding additional cover options
- Change of telephone number
- Change of address
- Change of email address
- Upgrading cover limits
- Changing traveller ages
- Renew your policy
- Update marketing preferences
- Opt out of auto renewal
Any IP addresses outside of the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man will restrict access to ‘amend my policy’ and will require you to call the Customer Service team to amend your policy.
Any changes made to a policy by you will be immediate and will be visible on selection of the ‘view my policy’ section. Confirmation will be emailed to the email address listed on the policy.
Any requests to amend your policy via the ‘get in touch’ form must be verified by Staysure with any additional premiums paid and new documents issued (if required) before they form part of the cover.
Discounts, offers and prize draws
Discounts codes
- Percentage discounts and cashback offers are available to customers who buy a policy, as stated on promotional material.
- Discount does not apply to medical screening costs or add-ons. New policies only.
- Discounts and offers advertised on staysure.co.uk are not valid to use on Golf Insurance and Expat Travel Insurance.
- Policies can be bought over the phone or online at staysure.co.uk.
- To qualify for the discount, customers must quote the campaign code at the time they buy their policy.
- Customers must refer to the promotional material for minimum spend, if applicable.
- Customers must refer to the promotional material for qualifying dates, if applicable.
- The discount value is as stated on relevant promotional material.
- No cash alternative will be given.
- The offer cannot be redeemed against existing policies.
- The discount offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Staysure reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Staysure may also create rules which apply to a specific promotion only. If we do this we will publish the amended rules and/or specific rules on the relevant promotional material or webpage.

Staysure vouchers
- This voucher may be used to buy any new Single Trip or Annual Multi-Trip Staysure Travel Insurance policy.
- Vouchers may be used for full or part payment of a new travel insurance policy.
- If your voucher value exceeds the cost of your new policy, any remaining credit will be saved on your Staysure account and may be redeemed at a later date.
- Voucher is not refundable if lost or stolen.
- Vouchers are not transferable and may not be sold on.
- Vouchers are the property of Staysure Travel Insurance and have no cash value.
- If a cancellation voucher has been issued but not used prior to the expiry of your voucher (36 months), we will apply an administration and maintenance fee which may be up to, but not exceeding the value of the voucher.
Cashback
- Customers must refer to third-party websites Quidco and TopCashback for full terms and conditions.
Refer a Friend
This is a summary of the key conditions to redeem rewards. It does not replace the full terms & conditions of Mention Me.
- The referrer is offered a Love2Shop gift card up to the value of £20 (values of £10 or £20 gift card available)
- This offer can be shared for 12 months from the date of acceptance by the referrer.
- In order for the referral to qualify for the reward the referred friend must be a new customer to Staysure and over the age of 18 and the referred friend must meet the conditions of their reward.
- There is no requirement for the referrer to be an existing Staysure customer.
- In order to share this offer the referrer must be over the age of 18.
- Rewards will be cumulative and so if multiple qualifying referrals are made to Staysure, multiple rewards will be delivered to the referrer, subject to a limit. A referrer may not earn more than 10 within any 24 hour period or 75 within the last 12 months or 1000 GBP of reward value within the last 12 months.
- The Referrer will receive a voucher after a referred friend has bought a policy with Staysure, as long as they don’t cancel within 60 days. The Referrer will be notified by email once a referred friend has bought a policy, and when the reward has been earned.
- Rewards will be valid for 3 months from the date earned by the referrer.
- Referral rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.
- Staysure reserves the right to refuse the issue of any reward to any Referred Friend or Referrer at any time.
- Staysure reserves the right to vary any and all elements of this offer at any time without notice.
- The Referred friend discount is up to 20% off when they buy their first policy.
- The reward is valid for one month from the point of issue to the referred friend.
- Discounts and offers only apply to the base premium of your travel insurance quote and do not apply to any medical screening costs or optional extras, where relevant.
- Discounts and offers advertised on staysure.co.uk are not valid to use on Expat Travel Insurance.
- In order to qualify for the reward the referred friend must be a new customer to Staysure and over the age of 18.
- Any rewards will be revoked if a refund is requested on the order for which the reward was offered.
- The Referred friend reward cannot be claimed by the same person making the referral.
- Referred friend rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.
Staysure Choir competition T&Cs
- The Promoter is Staysure of Britannia House, 3-5 Rushmills Business Park, Bedford Road, Northampton, NN4 7YB. Staysure is a trading name of Ticorp Ltd.
- The competition is titled Staysure Choir Competition 2026 (“Competition”).
- The Competition invites eligible choirs (“Entrant”) to submit a video performance of the song featured in Staysure’s TV advert (‘Where The Sun Don’t Shine’), using campaign materials provided by the Promoter (“Entry”).
- The Entrant acknowledges and agrees that the copyright and publishing rights for any new version or arrangement of ‘Where The Sun Don’t Shine’ remains with Radford Music. Choirs can use any variation or performance for the purpose of and the duration of the Competition. New arrangements and/or recordings cannot be used in any commercial capacity.
- The Entrant warrants that all copyright and any other relevant intellectual property rights, comprised in music, images of any kind and in any media forming all or part of the Competition submission:
- were not created in the course of their employment;
- are not defamatory; and
- do not infringe third-party rights.
- The Competition opens on 2nd February 2026 (“Opening Date”) and closes on 12th April 2026 (“Closing Date”).
- All Entries must be received by the Promoter through submissions on www.staysure.co.uk/choircompeittion by no later than 23:59 on 12th April. Entries received after this time on the Closing Date will not be accepted.
- The Competition is open to choirs based in the United Kingdom only.
- All individuals appearing in an Entry must be aged 18 years or over at the time of submission.
- Each choir must:
- consist of a minimum of four (4) adult members; and
- nominate one adult representative (“Choir Representative”) authorised to submit the Entry and by submitting the Entry the Choir Representative agrees to accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all participants.
- The Promoter may request proof of age and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in disqualification.
- Employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies are not eligible to take part in the Competition.
- Any individual involved in the administration, moderation, shortlisting, judging, voting integrity checks, or prize fulfilment of the Competition (including employees of agencies or suppliers) may not participate.
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
- Customers’ insurance policies and/or claims are not affected by their choice to take part or not.
- To enter, the Choir Representative must:
- record a performance of the official campaign jingle using the provided materials (lyrics, music where needed); and
- submit the Entry by uploading via staysure.co.uk/choircompetition.
- Only one (1) Entry per choir is permitted.
- Entries must:
- be original performances by the submitting choir;
- be suitable for a general audience;
- not include any individual under 18; and
- comply with these Terms & Conditions.
- Entries must not contain offensive, defamatory, political or inappropriate content, nor include third-party copyrighted music or branding in a way that suggests endorsement. Entries will be disqualified if any of the above are identified.
- All valid Entries will first be reviewed by the Promoter’s internal panel to:
- confirm eligibility and compliance with these Terms & Conditions;
- identify and remove any Employee entries from prize contention;
- and create a shortlist of up to ten (10) finalist choirs.
- Judging for the shortlisted finalists will be based on the following criteria:
- Musicality and vocal performance;
- Creativity and interpretation; and
- Overall execution and performance
- Finalist Entries will be judged by a public vote to determine the winner of first place and the two runners up (2nd and 3rd place).
- In the event of a draw, the internal panel of the Promoter will choose the winner from the tied entries.
- The expert panel’s decision on the shortlist and the public vote conclusion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Finalists and winners may be required to provide verification, including:
- confirmation that all participants are aged 18+;
- confirmation that the choir is a genuine group;
- authorisation for the Choir Representative to act on behalf of all members; and
- documentation required for prize fulfilment.
- Failure to provide requested information within 7 days may result in disqualification.
- The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. Winners will be notified via email or phone via the details provided. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize fund to the next eligible entrant selected from the results of the public vote.
- The total prize fund is £30,000, awarded as cash prizes. This is divided across £20,000 for first place and £5,000 for the two second places.
- No cash alternative is available and prizes are non-transferable.
- Prize-winners will receive their prizes within sixty (90) days of the Competition Closing Date, or, where this is not reasonably practicable, by 31/08/2026. The Promoter will keep prize-winners informed of any delays.
- By submitting an Entry, each choir automatically grants the Promoter a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to:
- use, reproduce, edit, adapt, arrange, synchronise, publish, distribute and publicly display the Entry (including audio, video, and any musical performance contained within it); and
- use the Entry in all marketing, advertising, PR, digital, social, broadcast, retail and internal communications.
- This licence applies regardless of whether the Entry wins a prize.
- The Promoter may edit or adapt the Entry for length, format, or platform suitability, provided the integrity of the performance is not materially distorted.
- The Promoter may publish the name of the winning choirs. Entrants may object to publication by contacting [email protected] before prizes are awarded by 30/05/2026. The Promoter may still be required to publish limited information and the winning entry to show that a valid award took place.
- The Entrant agrees that the Promoter may, in its sole discretion make the Entry available on its website and in any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the Competition. The Entrant grants the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence in perpetuity, for the full period of the intellectual property rights in the Competition Entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the intellectual property rights in the Competition Entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.
- Submission of an Entry constitutes explicit opt-in for:
- the Promoter to contact the Choir Representative regarding the Competition; and
- the Promoter to include the choir in future marketing communications related to similar campaigns, events, or initiatives.
- The Promoter may use the Finalist’s details in any form in a post-event publicity.
- All Competition Entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
- By submitting the Competition Entry and accompanying material, the Entrant agrees to:
- assign absolutely to the Promoter all intellectual property rights held in the Competition Entry with full title guarantee; and
- waive all moral rights, in and to the Competition Entry, and otherwise arising in connection with the Entry to which the Entrant may now or at any time in the future be entitled to under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.
- Choir Representatives may opt out of future marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism provided.
- The Promoter will only process personal data as set in the Competition privacy policy. Please refer to the policy for more details regarding how we will use your personal information.
- Personal data will be used for:
- administering the Competition;
- verifying eligibility and compliance;
- contacting entrants and winners;
- delivering prizes; and
- marketing and promotional activity as outlined in clauses 31-37.
- Data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil these purposes and in line with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
- Participants have the right to access, rectify, restrict, or erase their personal data, subject to legal limitations.
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entry that:
- breaches these Terms & Conditions;
- contains false or misleading information;
- fails verification or due diligence checks; or
- is found to manipulate or attempt to manipulate judging or voting.
- The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, lost Entries, or costs incurred by participants in preparing Entries.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- The Promoter reserves the right to void, amend, suspend or withdraw the Competition, where reasonably necessary.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Charity donations
This is a summary of the key conditions for Charity donation promotions offered by Staysure Limited.
- Staysure Limited will send donations on a monthly basis to the Charity stated on the relevant promotional material
- Donations are valid once a policy has been purchased following the instructions stated on promotional material.
- Staysure Limited reserves the right to not make a donation on suspicion of fraud or misrepresentation.
- Staysure reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Staysure may also create rules which apply to a specific promotion only. If we do this we will publish the amended rules and/or specific rules on the relevant promotional material or webpage.
- There are no cash alternatives
- The value of each donation is as stated on the relevant promotional material.
- The donation offer to the Charity can be removed at Staysure Limited’s discretion at any time.
- Charity donations are available to new Staysure travel insurance policies only. Does not apply to renewing policies.
- Charity donation offers are only offered once per new policy created.

- Description of Cover - 24/7 Non-Emergency Holiday Assistance
- In the event that you require outpatient treatment, you now have access to medical specialists 24/7 in many locations worldwide, with the flexibility to arrange an in-person appointment at a clinic or your hotel, or via a video consultation. All appointment charges are covered by this travel insurance policy, with no need to complete a claim form or pay an excess.
- Appointments can be arranged to suit you using the link we provide in your policy confirmation and/or policy welcome email. You will receive these shortly after purchasing or renewing your policy.

Important Information
- This Travel Doctor service is powered by Air Doctor. To make an appointment, you will first need to register with Air Doctor via web or App.
- The first appointment can only be with a GP, Paediatrician or Dentist. Follow up consultations can be with specialty doctors (i.e. Orthopaedic, Gynaecologist).
- No prescription charges will apply if your appointment takes place at a clinic that has a dispensing chemist
- If there is no dispensing chemist at the clinic, you will either be given a prescription, or the prescription will be sent to a chemist by the treating doctor. In these instances, you will need to pay for the medication and claim upon your return.
- If your medical situation requires hospital admission, you will be handed over to our emergency medical assistance team
