You have the option to access your policy online through the MyStaysure platform.
Firstly, Log on to MyStaysure
- If you have forgotten your password you can reset it by following the steps HERE
Next, Go to 'My Policies'
You have the option to access and review all of your existing policies in that location.
Don't have a My Staysure account? No problem at all! We're here to help you get signed up for one. Just click HERE and you'll be on your way to enjoying all the amazing benefits it has to offer!
If you are unable to access your MyStaysure account due to it being locked, you will need to get in touch with us in order to have it unlocked.
Please reach out to our customer services team for assistance with unlocking your account. Only the policyholder can unlock their MyStaysure account.
You can also reach out to us using our webchat tool, which can be found at the bottom right corner of your screen. This tool allows you to easily get in touch with us and receive prompt assistance.

Already have an account? Log in and you can request the policies to be linked to your existing account.

Forgotten your password?
Click here and enter your email address to receive a password reset notification via email!
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the password reset link to arrive in your email, Duplicated requests will cause previous links to fail. (Please also check your Junk/Spam inboxes)

To retrieve a quote, you will need to log into your MyStaysure account.
Once logged in, you will ee your current policies alongside any old policies. Click on the ‘Quotes’ tab along the top of the page to display any quotes you have had within the last 30 days.
So we can collect or refund any additional premium securely, amendments must be made via MyStaysure or by giving us a call. We are unable to action these via webchat or email but are working hard to move towards this in the future.
Don't forget, You can update any personal details via MyStaysure, Webchat or by Emailing us.
Making changes
Unfortunately, we are unable to change your date of birth using our online platform.
But don't worry! Our friendly customer services team or web chat team will be more than happy to help you with this issue.
You can change your address by accessing your 'Mystaysure' Account.
Once you are successfully logged in, You'll need to click 'My Account Details' and then 'My Details'
This will then allow you to change your address, For a quick and easy update Enter your postcode and click 'Find Address' and then select your address for all fields to populate.
Please note: If you're unable to find your address in our list, Please ensure you double-check all the details prior to contacting our friendly customer services team.
Don't forget, You can update any personal details via MyStaysure, Webchat, or by Emailing us.
You can change your Phone Number by accessing your 'Mystaysure' Account.
Once your successfully logged in, You'll need to click 'My Account Details' and then 'My Details'
This will then allow you to change "Telephone Number 1" Or "Telephone Number 2"
Don't forget you can update any personal Details via MyStaysure, Webchat or by emailing us.
You can change your Marketing Preferences by accessing your 'Mystaysure' Account.
Once you've successfully logged in, You'll need to click 'My Account Details' and then 'My Marketing Preferences
This will then allow you to change your marketing preferences to which you prefer or none if wished.
Please note: This can take up to a maximum of 28 days to be actioned.
Don't forget you can update any personal Details via MyStaysure, Webchat or by emailing us.
Absolutely! If you ever need to access your policy documents or make any changes to your policy, you can easily do so online by logging into your MyStaysure account.

You will need to contact us if you want to change your policy whilst on holiday.

You can change your address by accessing your 'MyStaysure' Account.
Once your successfully logged in, You'll need to click 'Account Details'
You'll then need to select 'Email Address'
This will then allow you to change your email address, please note you'll need to enter your email twice to confirm the new address and then click 'Update'

My documents
You can get your validation certificate online through MyStaysure.
Firstly, Log on to MyStaysure
- If you don't have an account you can create one by following the steps here
- If you have forgotten your password you can reset it by following the steps here
- Next, Go to 'My Policies'
- You will need to go to your current policy and select the orange box that shows the 'Total Price'
This will then open your validation certificate available to print.
