Staysure travel insurance reviews

I took this policy out for my son thinking I would never have to use it. But every parent’s nightmare came true. Staysure were amazing – they told me the nearest hospital and guided me every step of the way, liaising between myself in the UK and the hospital operating on my son in Spain. His surgery was done quickly thanks to Staysure paying the hospital within a couple of hours. THANK YOU Staysure for helping me through the longest 3 days of my life.

I’ve been with Staysure ever since I was diagnosed as Diabetic Type 2, and I realised normal holiday insurance would not be enough for me. I have had one claim in my time with Staysure, for a cancelled flight, and it was dealt with smoothly. 

Staysure was recommended by a friend who has had excellent service. What a lovely operator who was very helpful especially when I had to declare all my health issues, but he was very patient and understanding. He even managed to get me a slight reduction on the first quote. I hope I never need to claim, but I’m sure it would be handled just as efficiently.
