You can enjoy the benefits of Staysure Holiday Pass from 1st September 2025 until 30th September 2025 for 12 months from registering. If you registered in the Promotional Period, you can redeem between 01/09/2025 00:01 to 14/11/2025 23:59.
To be eligible for Staysure Holiday Pass, you must buy a Staysure policy during the eligible promotional period. You must have a working email address. Full terms and conditions are available here.

Your personal redemption URL code will be sent via email from Staysure directly once your eligibility has been validated. You must have a working email address registered to your account. You will receive the email once the 2-week cooling period is over post-purchase. If you have not received your URL code, please check your junk folder before contacting Staysure customer services who will verify your purchase and issue another code to you

Yes, you can claim offers Monday to Sunday with no blackout dates during the summer holidays. The hotel offering provides member only rates that can be cheaper than major public booking platforms, especially when hotels have low availability.

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Redemption instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Customers will be able to activate their 12-month access codes as per the dates stated in the Redemption Period. All codes must be redeemed between 00:01 01/09/2025 and 23:59 14/11/2025 (the "Redemption Period"). Any codes redeemed outside of this period will be void and will not be honoured.

Customers who do not give complete and accurate details when setting up their account or attempt to make an account in someone else’s name will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

Incomplete, inaccurate or late activation of link will not be accepted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for activation of links not successfully made on time or at all due to a technical fault of any kind or due to any reason beyond its control.
